One room
$59
a month
$590 for the year.
For the one room you rent out.
There are three prices, and they are for the software as it works today. The people who book pay you for the room. There are no booking fees. The owner pays Stripe's processing fee, and it comes out of the owner's payout. Stripe publishes the current typical US card rate. This app does not store that rate.

$1,490 for the year.
For the property, up to eight rooms.
A year costs ten times the monthly price. The first 14 days are included on the first subscription checkout. That gives you time to set your hours, your rates, and anything you want people to send, before you pay. Changing plans later doesn't start a second trial.
This takes the place of the text thread and the Venmo request. It isn't a marketplace, and it doesn't find people for you. You still do that marketing. See Peerspace for the fee their help center publishes.
A room on these prices is the space you rent out. A place with three rooms that always come as part of the same rental is one room. A second space people book on its own is another room.
The first price covers one room. The next covers two or three rooms. The property plan covers four to eight. You add rooms from settings once the plan allows them. You can't move to a smaller plan while you have more rooms than it allows. Rooms you already saved stay.
