One date at a time, and they sign the house rules.
For the meeting room, the party room, or the workshop room you already rent by the hour. Regulars are welcome, and each date is still its own booking. A certificate of insurance stays off until you turn it on. The page can be the room’s website, on a name you pick or on a domain you already own.
What this room starts with
This room starts with a 60-minute gap between bookings, a deposit of 50 percent, and hourly booking. The file that starts on is signed house rules. A certificate of insurance stays off until you turn it on for this room.
You type the hourly rate. The page asks who is coming, and asks them to follow the house rules. At the start, confirmed means the deposit is paid and the house rules are signed.
There are no booking fees. The owner pays Stripe's processing fee, and it comes out of the owner's payout. Stripe publishes the current typical US card rate. This app does not store that rate.
A board meeting, a birthday, and a workshop use the same calendar. You rewrite the house rules for the room. The gap before and after the booking is the time to set chairs and to put them away.
If someone books the same room every week or every month, you place that series from your desk, up to 26 dates, for one person. Each date is still its own booking. A date that's already taken is skipped. They can't book the whole series from the public page.
The same page as a hall
A meeting room, a party room, and a workshop room all start the way a hall does. A podcast or recording room starts differently, with a shorter gap and a note for the gear already in the room. That page is with the studios.
